I'm Sherry, a retired National Board Certified Teacher and Literacy Specialist.

During my 44 years as an educator I worked as a classroom teacher, Historical Society Educational Coordinator, U. of Kansas graduate intern, and acted on educational boards to develop community service, leadership and curriculum. Following my husband's career in Athletics from Ohio to California, Kansas to Florida, I aspired to enhance children's ministry in each community served.

My favorite Bible verse is 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 which speaks of God's, "Everlasting Encouragement and Good Hope".

Desiring that my life's work continues to be a source of encouragement to children, I created this website for unique personal growth. I am author of Mary's Lamb a children's picture book on the earthly life of Jesus. My newest venture is to use text and illustrations from Mary's Lamb to create a collection of note cards with unique scenes, text and scripture to spread the Good News of Jesus.
